Thank you for stopping by. I am so pleased to meet you. My name is Mamata Patil and I am a talent acquisition professional and career expert. My whole career has been dedicated to helping people find meaningful work in the IT industry. I have interviewed and placed countless IT professionals in markets in both the US and Canada. I love the excitement and enthusiasm I see when the talent I'm working with find their dream project or job. That fulfilment is why I am here today.
My background is in Technology Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Account Management and running a 360 desk. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits and consulting firms. I have an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from VTU University in India and a Post-Diploma in Human Resources from Camosun College in Victoria, BC, Canada. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). My core strengths are Science & Technology, People (Human Connection, Authenticity) and Spirituality.
I understand the frustration, disappointment and isolation one can experience when looking for work. I have personally faced the uncertainty that accompanies large changes. During the span of my 12 years working in the IT industry, I have had to reinvent myself through some significant career transitions which included living and working in new countries.
I bring a rich blend of knowledge and experience gained in both my personal and professional lives to my coaching services. Together we will work to prepare you for the career opportunities that make you feel excited and motivated about your future!
